Alumni Spotlight: Daniel Oluwatosin Adebowale (Skenty)
OGITECH was honored today to welcome back one of our distinguished alumni, Daniel Oluwatosin Adebowale (Skenty), a graduate of the Computer Science Department.
Daniel’s journey in technology and creativity began here at OGITECH, where his exceptional talent was nurtured through the Students Creative Club (formerly Students Entrepreneurship Club). His brilliance gained early recognition from the then Ogun State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Mrs. Modupe Mujota, and later from the Executive Governor of Ogun State, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, during an OGITECH Convocation ceremony.
As a student, Daniel proudly represented OGITECH at various research fairs and summits within and outside Ogun State, demonstrating innovation, dedication, and leadership.
Today, he stands as the Founder and CEO of Talosmart.com, a fast-growing technology enterprise, and a proud beneficiary of the Tony Elumelu Foundation. His work continues to impact undergraduates and young professionals across Nigeria in the fields of web development, mobile applications, and digital innovation.
During his visit, Daniel engaged with faculty and students, sharing insights on bridging the gap between academic learning and industry practice. He will also be collaborating with the Entrepreneurship Department to deliver hands-on programming training, equipping students with practical skills for a tech-driven future.
We are proud to celebrate Daniel as a true ambassador of OGITECH, whose story reflects the power of talent, discovery, and growth. His success continues to inspire our students and reaffirms our belief that greatness begins here.
